A Dundee Founders Collective AI Builders buildathon needed a project that could be taught to non-technical people in an hour, built in four, and leave a working app on each person's phone by the end of the day.
I designed the full UX, the QR join flow, room-based multiplayer, scoring and a skip mechanic, then deliberately simplified it when the multiplayer version proved un-teachable in the time available, and taught the simpler version to more than 100 people.

A repeatable teaching artefact: production n8n design, an API-integrated PWA, and a structure that actually lands with beginners.
The skill on display is not the build, it is knowing what to cut. The harder version was technically nicer and useless for teaching. The simple one changed what people believed they could do.
